These seem more like you are going for the funny part of them. For a screenshot to be considered staged in my opinion it needs to have a purpose or effect to make it look different. Having someone just throw a regenerator or shield does not fall under that catagory.
I specifically stated, some of them are staged, E.X. lone soldier, the the rawr one (the one in blackout) etc. the other ones were accidents..
