I played with a guy who's name was similar to Lil Poison's (It was like lIl PoIsOn) and I owned him a bunch. Then after the match I noticed the name.....:'(

 

yeah, i got a 43 and got matched up w/ Gandhi a while back. he's only a 44 so its pretty sick. I played anarchy when the team snipers playlist and won but its a gay playlist and XbL so it means nothing

 

I looked up his account on Bungie when the Top 10 came out and it didn't show up, so I thought he changed his name or something... I guess not.

 

whoa thats pretty hardcore. Yea I've never played anyone I've actually heard of. But i heard they change their gamertags all the time so...hmmm...maybe I have?

 

This happened with my clan's team as well. They were practicing strats and stuff, and they decided to hit the MLG playlist. They are around 34-35 on their new accounts for it (which actually have a large amount of experience on them, they play a lot). Guess who they ran into? Pistola, Snipedown, FearItself, and Auweezy (might have goofed up this name).

It was also very funny, since it was their warm-up game, and they tied 1-1 on Pit CTF. Snipedown and Auweezy destroyed them in slaying naturally (Snipedown got an overkill actually, it went on his fileshare). But they only managed to counter-cap for their point. Our clan leader was in awe of this game, but I really didn't think too much of it, especially since it was an established team vs. some random pros (though all top 16).

 

I have played against;

Chig - He has a decent snipe and an okay at best BR, I out BRed him all over the place and he stands still while sniping, generally a bad idea if I have a snipe too.
Hokum - Same game as the one with Chig, similar BR to mine, great awareness, never backs down so he dies due to trying to kill 2 people team-shotting him.
Phurion - It was in Social slayer while team snipers was still a gametype in that playlist, and he destroyed me, my team, and probably even his own team. He had a perfect snipe and even a perfect shotgun. He also had an amazing connection.
Strongside and his GB (Gamebattles) Team - They destroyed us in this 3v3. Best of 3 so we played only 2 games, first being an Ons Flag we lost 5-1 I went even. Second being Amp TS, we lost 50-30 something, however this one I did go +5 and out BRed the **** out of everyone.
Also played with Flamesword and Totz on my team in an MLG MM game. We **** on the other team 50-8, everyone going +9 at least. Best teamwork I've ever seen in a Construct game, we locked down purples and they kept rushing street and dying. No perfections that game though. They were cool guys and suggested me and my friend go to an MLG event as a team and we'd be in top 32 if we kept up our gameplay.

 

Seriously, SQ has some of the chillest pros I've seen yet. They are awesome to watch, and not just your report, but I've heard how awesome of people they are to play with.

I personally don't do ranked MM much anymore, so my MLG level is only 21. I don't get to run into pros at all. I was amazed that some of my clan did at 33.

I actually am going to Columbus. Should be a lot of fun. I think 7 of my clanmates will be there too. That should be...interesting to say the least. If you guys do an event, good luck to you.

OT: Nice, I'm a 38 (was a 40) in MLG, but I was paired up with a team of 50's and they destroyed us. And I can't forget our (Phreakie and I) teammate who screamed at us for missing the 1-shot overkill extermination while we were last alive and no shields. Tsk tsk.

Yea, cuz I've matched with alot of people named Montage so you never know. But my brother recently played with him and he thought he as trash. But ya you already told the whole school so theres no point in posting (on my part) ;D
