New wepons and vehical ideas(also armor) i have a bunch of new wepon ideas and vehicle ideas. i was just wondering what ideas you had. i think that they should let you use the katana and they should make the Eliets have those lance things on their back for an armor variant. they should also make honor guard armor for them too, then i might be an eliet more ofetn (other than in SWAT). you should be able to use the lance too. i'd make a flame thrower hog. it sound kinda dumb but i'd make it so that when you turned it backwards and shot (while a driver is shooting) then you get launched. it'd probalby get called the rockethog instead of the flame hog.
I think due to the physics engine a gauss warthog can be boosted by firing backwards. But I doubt Halo 3 will be changed now. Maybe think of some cool ideas for H3: ODST?
you'd need to put it in H3 ODST right? Bungie said they weren't/ suposedly couldn't make new weps/ vehicles for H3. so if they put it as DLC like in fallout 3.....
How about a weapon that squirts oil over a surface area and makes all vehicles impossible to control when driven over the spill? Like almost zero friction but still some.
arbiter armour variant... play as an odst, brute, marine, etc... that would be awesome to play as a brute! those are my ideas.
a weapon that would be used the most would probably called the splazer it shoots the spartan laser but it locks on to vehicles at the same time.
name: Spartan Tracer what does it do?:Can see in Infrared vision... And shoots a high intensity beam of radiation that can go trough walls, and basically anything that doesn't conduct and heat. Once it makes contact with a heat source the radiation flows through the body. (very similar to "mag-charger" from time splitters FP) Similar range to sniper Rifle. But, Head shots will not be an instant kill, Takes 2 body shots. gameplay:It could bring a more intense rate of play, considering you'd have to run from the guy you can't see, and the team in possession of this weapon will surly have the upper hand. color:Mainly black. ammo: 2 rounds per clip. Reload time is about the time it takes to reload a full shotgun. "mainly because you have to take out the 2 main radiation cases, and put new ones in. You can reload a total of 8 times... that's 16 shots.
Vehicle: Troop Warthog-same thing from campaign but allow one spartan/elite on each side of the back. Meaning 1 driver, 1 passenger and 2 people in the back. Transport Warthog-same thing they did with the transport hornet. Just remove the turret off the back. Would help with diffrent games, asethetics, and machinima. Weapons: Spike Rifle-brute version of battle rifle/carbine. 2x zoom. Hold trigger for less acurate fast automatic fire or shoot in bursts for increased accuracy and distance.
Trip "Rope" Mine I device thrown down that shoots a lazer across the map in both directions. Anything that walks over it loses its shields, or in a vehicles case, stops working.
i think you should be able to be a brute. they already have alot of armor for them(mabie even more than the eliets!)
They should bring back the rocket launcher hog from Halo:CE computer version except actually make it have unlimited ammo now.
they made the gauss instead of ti though.... What they should make is the anti-air hog from the books.
