Foundry Forbidden Swamp

    Hello everybody. It's Bill again and I bring you The Forbidden Swamp. I made this a long time ago but I was too lazy to post it. Well, here it is. The recommended players are 2v2 3v3 or 4v4 are good. Recommended gametypes are CTF, Land Grab, and ordinary Team Slayer allthough all gametypes work for it. Team games are better than FFA games though. FFA games aren't really my thing, so you might like FFA more than I do. Give it a try. I put about 30 hours into making this map and 20 hours of testing. Vorpal Saint helped me with spawns and weapon placement and he is on the top of my thankyous list. I put a lot of time and hard work into the creation of The Forbidden Swamp. You may see this map as crowded because of all of the humungous pillars scattered throughout the map, but they keep the sniper from being to overpowering. The sniper rifle is the same distance from the defenders base as the flamethrower is from the attackers. The rockets are in the middle. When playing Land Grab, the rockets and flamethrower dominate as to KoTH the sniper and rockets being the dominater. You'll have to play different gametypes to figure out what weapons are good for what. Heres the weapons list.​

    Oh I remember testing this map it was really fun and cool! The interlocking and merging were neat and the gameplay was smooth.

    This looks pretty cool. I like the way the defenders base looks. I wish you had a better pic that showed more detail, like inside the base. The center structure looks good too, the hieghth is a good factor. You get a cookie too for posting a weapon list. IMO thats mandatory. Your weapon choice seems good, not too many power weapons and not a crazy amount of nades either. I will definitly check this out for the gameplay but this looks like its pretty good.

    due to asthetics and the fact that it incorporates the entirety of foundry. I was wondering how many shots do rockets get because i was hoping only 2, 4 would be overpowered. The stairs look nice interlocked with the double boxes.

    Hey i remember testing this map.It has interlocking and all other good forging skills.The weapons are pretty balanced.The gametypes were a nice choice too.The asethetics in the game are good to also with the name of the well done map.So you did a great job.:0)

    Very nice! Interlocking and geomerging is perfect and there is a lot of cover. I dont have really any suggestions for you cause it is allllmost perfect! 4.5

    great map, the only thing I see that u could make better is that u should turn around the left double wall on the attackers bridge, not a big deal but it adds better symmetryand the overall look

    Don't see the swampiness, do see the awesomness. It really looks like a perfectly balanced map that looks greats. I'm gonna give it a download right now.

    Nice job, I remeber seeing some of those picks on the master architecture guide! The map doesn't look amazing but has a nice use of geomerging and interlocking. I'm just wondering what the moving platform is like. 4.5/5

    P.S. One question, how does it relate to a swamp lol?
