I need some extra materials for one of the maps im making on the pit and I can see them way outside the map by the pelicans but I can't get to them. does anyone know how?
Kipten, sadly you can not use those materials outside the pit. Even if you somehow manage to get them in the map, they will disapper. The pelicans I do not think you can even reach without dieing but there is a way to get the APC Hog inside the level but only in forge. Sorry and does this answer your question?
You can get out and delete some stuff freeing some budget. You can also drive the acp hog!! to get out step 1: (in forge) place a turret as close to the fence as you can. step 2: enter the turret and look all the way up step 3: turn back in the mointer and DADA! ( to save time) place a respawn thing down step 4: you can then delete some of the objects to free up some budget if you move to much then will you be killed my the guardains. to drive the jeep blow it up (using whatever you like) then wait for it to respawn. then using a object (spawn a barrier or somthing) drag the respawned jeep closer and you may then driver it. However you only get a few secounds before getting killed my the guardains. Go to forging 101 for more tricks!
yeah i know how to do that much and if i wanted an apc warthog i would just make one using the turretless warthog glitch. im was talking about the objects over by the pelicans andif it was money i was concerned about i would use the infinate money glitch. thanks for tring but the wasnt wat i was looking 4.
Nope you can't use the things way in the distance. there no more than 3d pictures. the pelicans are not real ones from a 1 player (a hacker told me all about it)
well you can tell there real objects because if you check you will always be missing 3 or 4 objects but i believe that you can't get them.
I think you can get out there, but I don’t think you can delete objects that are there. But If you are looking for placing objects as posted in one of my forms, you can set the object down while holding it save and quit and It will stay there.

I think there are some whom lost sight of the poster's question... He is asking about the forge objects that are WAY OUT in the distance (a crate, some barrels, maybe a barrier and a couple of other objects are what I can remember). Once you get out of the map, generously described above, you can delete the objects within your reach ONLY. To date there is no way to get out the pelican parking lot as a ForgeBall to delete those other objects. If you can do it, it will be a breakthrough! And to answer some other comments regarding those pelicans: they are 3D, but they have no physical properties (i.e. you can pass through them). I have seen them from the other side via pan-cam mode, and they are actually missing chunks of geometry (lolz @ Bungie)! Oh, and I've been on top of that mountain too, and to the Sun, but that's a tale for another day, erm, thread... --dc
No, its the other way around. And since his question has been answered, let me just say that you can keep the troop hog inside the map if you are in the passenger or driver seat. that way it wont disappear. And you can get it in there yourself.
