A wile ago i was looking for a free version of photoshop because i am a little low on money. I found it! It is not illegal, because it is designed as a portable app (program that you can run on multiple computers from a USB Drive). I thought that this might be helpful to anyone that doesn't already have it. It is compressed as a .rar file, so a free version of winrar is here also.
