Uber Tube

    Uber Tube is a zombie map that unlocks itself over time. Stratagy is a key component in this map, as certain areas have their advantages. Multiple floors are unlocked over the course of 3 minutes each round. The humans spawn in a long tube (Main Room). This room is stocked full of Rocket Launchers, SMG's, Shotguns, and more.

    On each side of this room are two small, narrow hallways. The first (right hallway) leads to the entrance where the zombies are spawned. The other (left hallway) leads to a blocked area that is unlocked after 60 seconds. NOTE: To unlock this area, you must make physical contact with the blockade.

    The unlocked "Minute Base" consists of a small room with an doorway that leads to imminent death. NOTE: This doorway will be unlocked within a minute!

    The next unlock occurs after 2 minutes of survival. It unlocks a stairway that leads to the roof. The roof is the final stand for humans. It's a large, flat area that can be accessed from all directions after the next unlock.

    The next and final unlock consists of stairways spawing all around the base. The stairways in the front are equipted with man-cannons, allowing zombies to soar overhead at high speeds. If you grabbed good weapons during your time in the Main Room and have a few humans with you, the roof area will allow you to gain control of the situation.

    Or you may ignore all of the unlocks and take over the Main Room. Since this area is stocked with weapons and ammo. Staying here allows ammo, but allows you no place to run. The Main Room has only one exit: the entrance for zombies, aka the zombies only way to the roof until the 180 second unlock. They must pass you and with that, your decision is key: Stay in the Main Room or make your way to the Roof.

    Looks awesome. I really like the Octagon Tunnel of Bridges! That was really cool.

    I LOVE TEH TUNNELLL!!!!! It looks good i just dont understand the whole changing thing? EXPLIAN!?!?!?!?

    After one minute, a mancannon spawns and clears the barriers out of the way for Unlock One.
    After two minutes, stairs spawn that allow access to the roof for Unlock 2.
    After 180 seconds, staircases spawn around the base that give zombies quick access to the roof without having to go through the main room, etc. as Unlock 3.

    New Action Shots have been added! These are shots that were taken from a 16-player match that was brilliantly fun! Many were considering it "the best infection map they've played in a while!"

    seems like an original map ( the octaganol bridge ) and looks like a very hard worked on map so ill download

    I love the way this map looks the tunnel looks very professional I can really see that you put alt of effort into the map and I hope it gets alot of downloads in the future good work.

    Looks like a greatly constructed map, but I don't get the whole layout...

    Can you draw it or explain it a little more to me?

    Please tell me you set this map up for more than just infection. Lol

    Anyway, the map looks good. You've got some well thought out geometries, it looks like. I've been wanting to make a tube out of bridges for a long time, but haven't been able to incorporate it anywhere. Thanks for letting me know how bit it turns out with 8... hexagonal for me.

    Aye. I have Bulltrue.net working on a video. I made it, now they're capturing it. It's a tour during a game I played (full room, I believe). It shows off every area, and unlock as it happens.

    This map looks great and fun and i like the octagonal bridge tunnel. But is there anything unique to the gametype? Or is it one of those zombies die in one shot things. Also I like the fact that you can fall back.

    ANNOUNCEMENT: v2 of Uber Tube is in the works. More, if not all gametypes will be supported. More info will be revealed soon.

    It's unique in the aspect that you must hold-off a certain area for a set limit before moving on. Almost like a last stand.

    it looks good and well made but i would add just a little bit of cover in the main tunnel
    but i haven't played this map yet so i dont know whether it works the way it is

    I made it without cover for a reason. It another reason why staying in the main room is a tough choice.
    On the roof, you'll have a safer area, but no ammo.
    In the main room, you'll have all the ammo you need, but no safe areas.
    v2 of this map will have much, more more reason to go "up." More info on that soon.
