This map was made for infection, the infected start on the top and take a gravlift down a chimney to the humans and they have to survive for 120 seconds in tight quarters until the way opens then they are free to move around the map.

The second version of this map for game types other than infection. It is not for one on one because there is alot of one way transporters.

    For infection type click here

map looks cool but i don't like how u have a weapons storage area. From past games people tend to camp those rooms. Im not sure if i want to dl it yet.

First off, I'd like to nitpick at the weapon room. Clumping weapons together is frowned upon in my books because it can cause unbalance and unrest. Now there are some cases where it can be pulled off and I would like a little bit of evidence or explanation why it works on this map.

Secondly, from the pictures I can't see any interlocking, which I must say always makes a map better. But by that I don't mean that you merge 2 walls in the middle of foundry and you have a map, not at all. It just makes your corners smoother, floors prettier and the world that much happier.

Overall It doesn't look like a bad map, but you should work out the final kinks in a V2 possibly (or a completely different name).

It looks like a decent map, and you followed the the map posting guidelines, which is getting less common. However, some better pics could be used, because it is hard to get an idea of the map.

Billy Reloaded what do you mean by interlocking and the weapon room is just really for infection because the non infected people will need the weapons and I left it in the other version because it looks cool but if it causes too much problems tell me and I'll remove it. I'll also try to get better pictures added.

Even though the weapons room can be used in infection, it can make the map very unbalanced in other maps.

Weapon rooms are just a bad idea for any gametype in my opinion.
For zombies it may be okay, but only if the zombies have shields, which most people don't do.

If you don't understand interlocking yet:

Let's say your making a wall or boundary out of a double-wall, but it sticks up to high.
You can interlock it into whatever it's on (for example, a double-box) so that it only sticks up a little.

Or you can interlock double boxes or anything else together to make a floor with no gaps, you know how putting those boxes together leaves a little bump? If you interlock correctly that won't happen.

It can be used with any immovable object, ex: walls, fence walls, double boxes, bridges, those types of things.

To interlock (if you haven't figured it out yet):

Let's use this as an example: Making an X out of two single walls without leaving a gap anywhere.
First, just put the first single-wall down where you want it, make sure it's straight.
Second, press X on the wall, turn 'place on start' to no.
Third, restart the round, and hurry back to that spot.
Fourth, place the second wall how you want it, compared to the first, use the blue dot marking the first wall as a guide.
Fifth, let the wall spawn again, when it does, you walls will be interlocked.

It gets easier, and probably neater, when you get used to it.

Got a little off topic there. Other than the weapon room the map looks pretty good. I'll have to test it out tomorrow though, got grounded, but only for today.

from the first picture it looks real good in my opinion so yea

and the wepon room from the picture does not look like its over populated with super strong wepons so as long as you made the wepons in their like never respawn back it might work

ill download because i like the feel of the map from pictures
