Here I am at the House of Blues with my "band".

We played Killing in the Name of by Rage Against the Machine.

First off, yes, I know the singer sucks, I know the other guitarist sucked at the solo, the sound quality is pretty bad, and I know that I showed little to no emotion in my playing. It was my first real performance and I was nervous.

I'm the one in the white shirt.

It's broken up into three parts because my mother paused to take pics.

The singer deserves to be raped and stoned for his desecration of this classic American song.

    Agreed.

How many people were watching? I know what it feels like to play guitar in front of tons of people, being a performer myself. ****ing most nervous experience... It's all good, though, it gets better after a while.

Oh gawd... guitar solo.... I really feel sorry for that kid...

I would say it was around maybe 300 people in the audience.

The most I've played in front of was roughly 700-800. Still, playing in front of a large group of people, no matter what the number is, is still very scary.
