Sandbox lights don't light?

    Well I was making a messaround map and I needed to get some lights in the corner of the crypt... And as soon as I spawned the light.. It flashed the usual light for a fraction of a second and went out. I might try to post a clip of it but I'm not on my xbox now.. Any thoughts? Also lightng didn't work in customs.. Thanks.

    If you had guests in that would be the reason... other than that i dont know.

    If you had every light close to one another I believe they all cancel each other out. That could be your problem, otherwise I would recommend going into a custom game alone and see if the lights still work.

    I was alone in a corner and I spawned one light and it went out.

    did you have any effects like juicy or anything i dont know if that would do it im just thinking about what might be wrong

    It was probably just a glitch. Did you delete it, and try again with the same results?

    I've only experienced that problem when there's more than two people in the forge lobby/game
    I was playing w/ my friend and the lights worked fine, but when we had two other people join on the same screen the flashy thingy happened. I assume that since we were all on the same screen the game couldn't compensate the light intensity at four different angles [4 people/ same system] that's my guess...hope that helped :)
    again...that's just as assumption because i really don't know how to make a video game or how they work...haha most likely wrong

    Were the you and someone else over live in the game cus it could of been lag =/
