    Game Types: (best gamemodes given at bottom of this post) 1 sided bomb, Team slayer, territories, CTF.



    Scramble! is a assault/neutral bomb map, it can also be used as an aerial slayer map or ctf, but is best with neutral bomb.



    Map description: A Brute structure, mysteriously floating in the air, posseses a weapon that no man or covenant has ever seen, the forerunner like brute structure must be controlled, get the bomb to the enemy ship, the bomb lies in the heart of the small brute structure. Teams start in their ships hangar, and must get in the banshees or hornet and provide their hornet transport enough time for someone to grab the bomb from the structure, get back on the hornet, and hope that they dont get torn up by anti air fire. get the bomb to the enemy hangar, plant it, and get the %#$@ outta there.


    weapons and vehicles:
    4 banshees: 2 for each team (20 second respawn)
    2 Hornets 1 for each team (150 second respawn)
    2 Transport Hornets 1 for each team (120 second respawn)


    weapons:
    2 Brute shots (45 second spawn)
    2 Rockets (1 extra clip) (60 second spawn)
    4 Plasma Pistols (30 second spawn)
    2 Fuel Rod guns (2 extra clips) (45 second spawn)
    2 Machine gun turrets (30 second spawn)
    2 missle pods (60 second spawn)


    4-10 Players

    Stalled 2, this goes to show if a hornet is trying to destroy your vehicles while they are in the hangar, all you have to do is get to the overshield and missle pod in the hangar, or ya could plasma pistol 'em ;)

    map is nearly done, just kinking some things here and there, it is tons of fun fun actualy. best with 6 or 8 total players, you end up hearing a lot of players saying things like"gogogogogogo hurry up with that hornet, quickly" "or HOLY SH**T, watch out for the guy with the plasma pistol" or "Package has been secured, pickup requested", the comentary ends up being as lively as a left 4 dead multiplayer game with people screaming exitedly into the mic. and it has those moments where your getting pinned down by an enemy hornet and 2 friendly banshees come screaming out of nowhere and save your ass, and your like "YEAH WOOTWOOTWOOT GO TEAM!" If you know what i mean.

    its crazy.

    A V2 is coming with shield doors to decrease hornet camping, missle pods and overshield inside the base, with an added missle pod in the center and bubbles shields on the side of the center, at the islands off to the side, there has been a fuel rod and energy drainer added to aid powerwise to people who spawn on the islands, the respawn points on the island will be made for assymetrical only so that nobody is spawned helplessly off to the side in a CTF or Assault match.

    Wow I had an idea for a map like this, but this is way better than what I could create. I'll check it out later on. So far it looks like a 4/5 for me.

    Thanks, its great with Assault, best amount of people to play on this map, probably 3v3 or 4v4 or 5v5 at most, it gets a little hectic after 8 people.

    Perhaps you could add a Territories gametype where each base has a territory that can still be captured even if the other team got it. I believe that function is somewhere. Imgaine sending some strike teams to reclaim a base. Chaos man.

    i included a gamemode like that in my post, it is called Air Raid.

    only there are more than just 2 territories in each hangar.

    in all the gametypes, the primary weapon is the plasma pistol, probably because it is fun as well as effective to use against incoming banshee and hornets, if you didnt Know, plasma pistols can stall the banshees, and watching them helplessly fall throgh the death barrier in the skybubble is hilarious.

    the map is not amazingly aesthetic, but it has excellent gameplay, if i may say so myself.

    Wow. This is very impressive... Aesthetics are very Forerunner-ish and runs with the theme. I didn't get enough ppl to play the map so ill have to wait to have fun. This is like Halo Wars with the Territories Game. 5/5

    thanks for the post, i guess it is kinda like halo wars. with the forerunner construct in the middle and the 2 minor ones off to the side and the 2 bases on opposite sides of the map.

    I like the idea, but I do have some comments. I only looked at the map on the Scramble game type, and I saw a few problems.

    It could use some more interlocking, because that's nice. There are also some gameplay issues.

    The bomb plant points are hidden in a corridor, with only 1 entrance. You can do you very best to get the bomb and fly to an enemy base, but its all for nothing if there's just going to be some guy waiting with a rocket launcher. It's too easy to defend. I recommend a room, with more than 2 DIFFERENT entrances. Then, use some shield doors to cover up the roof. That way, you can get owned by any aircraft, but the enemy can drop in from above. That would be awesome!

    The other problem is that the aircraft are too exposed. If you are flying around, and spot that the enemy's vehicles have respawned, it's too easy to blow them up, and keep them out of action for longer. Perhaps you could build a hangar, with a roof, where you can respawn, near your aircraft, without being blown up by an enemy hornet, or have your vehicles stolen. Maybe you could use some kind of man cannon system, to make sure than nothing can get back in once it has left.

    If you can sort these issues out, I will gladly download it again.

    Request move to aesthetics? looks more like a minigame/aesthetic map but it has high-reply value 9/10

    This map is beautiful, i like the idea a lot. "All units scramble!" nice dude, nice. The only criticism i have is the lack of connection other than air vehicles. Maybe V2 could involve a round walkway that connected all of the bases.

    i would make a roof for each hangar, but i have reached the item limit.

    what? heck no, this is not an aesthetic map!

    I just got out of a few game with mr ninja himself, and i have a few things to say. The idea is great, and the game works fairly well. I wish we could have played it with more people though. Now, there is a normal hornet at one base and a transport one at the other. Thats just a bit uneven =P but i do realize that there are only 3 transport hornets. So my suggestion would be to place one of each hornet on each time, even things out a bit. The map was really fun (even though i kept a big lead as a one man team). The guass hogs are great for keeping aricraft away, and a blast to use. I did not see any scorpion cannons on the map though, which was a little disappointing. Overall, tons of fun and well made. Oh and one other thing. Next time, try and build it above the grid, so we can fly under the bases. Great work R0LFninja!

    i appreciate the comment, but actualy gunner, there is one transport hornet and one Hornet with missiles at each base. And it would be realyy hard making this type of map above the grid though.

    hmm i guess i'll have to check it out again. Now you don't have an excuse for how bad i owned you and your buddy! Haha building locked out above the grid wasn't that hard, i'm sure you could pull it off.. maybe next time.. Anywaffles, great map, lets get some more games going on this!

    By this point, I've gotten sick of badly made 'air assault' maps. Thanks for renewing my faith in the ability of the forging community, because this actually looks like a playable, fun variant of that sort of game. Well done, 5/5. =)
