You have to embed the picture...

Save the picture to a photobucket account, and copy and paste the image code to embed it.

 

I would fix this fast, or you will get this thread locked. About the pic though, it is pretty cool, though it is a little bland, only one color in my opinion is boring. May I ask what is in the background.
