The text could use a bit more...possibly a bevel? I don't know, i'm not a pro, but something to do with the text.

I agree with Frag, I didn't have any idea what the background was til I saw the original stock.

 

Yes, the background is far too blurry. I see what you tried to do, and it could work well.

 

cut out that guy and blur him, but less than the rest of the background. and try to make something that you're pleased with and let us decide for a v2. if you think it's not good or incomplete before you post it, finish it before you post it.
