Nice map, creative idea on the tunnel, I would recommend this map to anybody who owns the mythic map pack.
This looks really good, Good layout, pretty original, but sloppy in some places. The aesthetics are pretty cool especially in the last picture because the tunnel is pretty large and it makes me feel like im in a cave And the only thing i can say is to just fix up alittle bit of some of the crooked things (like the large ramps in the first picture)
looks pretty good, youve got asthetics, compex structures, and good gameplay (i assume). your screenshots for the post could be a little better though, the first one is especially confusing. you might want to add a weapon list as well and maybe a diagram for where the teleporters go.
The map looks very good, and I assume it'll be at least as good gameplay-wise. Also a quite original map. I think I gotta DL this to see it in it's whole greatness. What I still would like, is a weapon list.
I think the use of lighting on this map is terrific, and it's unique in that you don't use the blue lights at all. Gameplay looks pretty good imo, but a weapon list would be useful.
I love this map. The layyout is fantastic and it really makes this map stand out. The aesthetics are also amazing. It is really cleanly made which is a bonus. Good job.
This looks like a great map. I like the semi-circle sword spawn using arches; I need to take advantage of this result myself. The lighting is superb, and the clean interlocking is another plus. Good job.
wow this map looks really really good you have done a great job! Overall this map has great construction with nice interlocking and overall use of objects again the tunnel is really nice idea and looks great! Asthectics are great aswell I am gonna download it 5/5
Yeah sorry about the sloppy stuff, i hit the object limit so couldnt really sort much of it out toward the end ¬_¬ i'll just compile a weapons list. It's hard to get screenshots to accurately represent the map, as the map has a lot of objects placed around the top to stop people from grenade-jumping out and makes it look messy from above.. I'd definately recommend downloading the map before you say much about it, its bigger than it looks (about 4/5 of the crypt used up). The ones near the circle made of arches? They are supposed to be at a slant, have a look at the map and you'll see what i mean.
5* map, one of the few good maps from the new set, nice creativity and design, only flaw is the walls in terms of aesthetics; which is unchangeable; plenty of evenly spaced weapons and a good map for most gametypes, well worth a look.
okay lets get started yesterday on TGIF 29 sargentsarcasm had a community experiment where me and a few other well known members from the site got together and tested and played maps that we thought were going to be fun and have good gameplay. lucky you you were chosen! enough intros your map was pretty good in terms of aesthetics but you HAVE TO FIX YOUR SPAWNS. ya we were all spawning outside of the map all the time and stuff plus it was easy to get out of. mabey make a v2 with those fixed. off with the spawns the gameplay was okay i guess but most people ended up going for the sword and then everybody was gathering up in the tunnels. so mabey a better place for the sword would be a good idea. also switch the fuel rod with something smaller and make the oversheilds easier to get to. belive me if you do those things i say and mabey some more this map will have a lot of potential in the end your map is pretty good, needs some improvement but good job anyways because it looks pretty good. btw are you using the gloomy filter i was just wondering why its so dark which adds to the whole crematorium atmosphere. good job and keep forging. -pennywiez
I agree with what penny said about our games on TGIF, except that the OS and Camo were fine, you just have to slide jump up the wedge, which is a skill everyone's probably going to want for Sandbox default, and many future custom maps. The real problem here is the combination of a sword, a bubble shield, and confined tunnels. See what you can do to fix that problem, and you've got a very original and pretty good map on your hands.
Firstly i'm glad you chose my map to test, however it isn't my best map it was slightly rushed haha. I've taken into consideration both of your comments, and yeah i've figured out why the spawns were messed up - i used a canvas which hadnt deleted started points in gametypes (i think they were territories starting points). I have now made a v2, in the new version, the sword has been deleted, the bubble shield replaced for a power drain. Gravity hammer replaced by Beam rifle Fuel Rod Cannon replaced by Sniper Rifle Also the portable grav lift needed to access the secret tunnel has been moved upwards so you need to jump to pick it up. I could only find one place for people to get out of the map, and i have fixed this as much as i could. Please download and test out v2 from HERE. Oh and combination of Juicy + Colorblind make the map dark like that If you could tell me if i've fixed the problems i'd be grateful. -I chose to leave the way to the invis/overshield as mentioned above they are reachable, you just need a timed jump to get up there, i didnt want people to easily get them.
Prettiest I've seen so far...fantastic use of the red overtones. I'm really impressed, no lies. I'll actually download it, check out its gameplay, and then pass it on. Congrats on a beautiful map...if it plays well enough, this could be up for frontpagination.
