Barrels and spool respawn in 10 seconds. If you played in Forge, you can just start a new round, and everything is reset. If the cannon, mans don't make their launching sound, the spool is stuck. Just chuck your grenades into where your spool just went. If you use both, just wait 10 seconds for spool to respawn.
