i just want to point out custom powerups arent supposed 2 me in mlg, but i like the map layout, ive noticed only little crooked areas but eitherwise its ok, id give this map about a 4/5
From my understanding customs are in there as the OS because MLG determined that the OS was too powerful to have in the game so instead of eliminating it, they just made a custom powerup that better fit their needs....im not entirely sure im right, but i remember hearing that from someone...or on TV or something.
actually, there are custom power ups in MLG. I would suggest putting more cover ontop of the catwalk, at the very top of the map because it makes it a point of interest, and a place that should be controlled. Lastly, there are too many BR's. It is not neccessary to have 16. I would tone it down to 8 and place them in areas where are easily accessible, but are areas where you tend to run out of ammo. 4/5 Nice job
I would use more interlocking, more aethestecically pleasing to get more and downloads and the bases look pretty bare of cover in it. Also try to reduce amount of jumps needed when you could make it people just need to walk (and easily) And i agree with the guy above, you do not need so many br's since they are just for more ammo since you spawn with br's. Also put in some grenades, like 10, in groups of 2. one pair at each base, and the rest by important spots or good cover
you should flip your boxes it makes people not get stuck and stuff you should also interlock (more) like other people have said but i like how it looks so far im looking forward to a v2
I lol'd What? custom PU's are definately in MLG.... Anyway to the map when I first looked at it, it looked like an unoriginal MLG map...2 bases, something fancy in the middle, but the sides are really well done and cool. I don't get those stairs merged with the single boxes by the bases though.
