They hinted AGES ago it would be around 37 days after Halo Wars is released. I'm not surprised in the slightest by the release date.
I read it as 4th September 2009, I thought it was the release of ODST and thought it was a bit early for them to give an official date, usually they hype things a bit more. The Mythic Map Pack release date would make more sense, 9th April, rather than 4th September.
They're 800 Microsoft Points which equals $10. Just like the other map packs were at release. As for the date, I guess it's okay. I was hoping for the end of this month...
No price has been confirmed, and it would be just like microsoft to say "Because Sandbox is really like 3 maps, were charging 1200 for the pack"
We have to remember that Bungie is American, so what they said is April 9th, 2009. Now I already have the Map Pack, but I'm appalled at the release date because its on a Thursday, and if it came out on the Tuesday before the 9th it would be April 7th. Now that sounds a little more Bungie if you ask me, and it would be on a Tuesday.
Its either the release date or the date for when they announce the release date, but thats only if Bungie wants to be ass wholes.

Yeah that kinds sucks that they're using halo 3 to sell halo wars... Sure it's a way to do business, but it feels like people without the maps are only standing by while the single greatest forging map slips through their hands just cuz they arent interested in getting halo wars, or spending $60.00 for 3 maps. It really pisses me off. And especially since we have to wait more than a month! It's just fu***** annoying /rant
