Here's an infection map I made based off the movie, "Starship Troopers." It's best fun when played with lots of people, and make sure everyone stays in the base to ensure fairness. Zombies are "arachnids" from the movie and must knock down the radio antennas in order to get into the base. That and there are some rocks close enough to the base for a zombie or two to jump into the base. After a minute or two man cannons will spawn behind some of the zombie spawn points allowing them to teleport and come up from underneath the Troopers feet just like the movie Some lucky zombies even get to respawn as flying arachnids and fly straight into the Troopers base! I'll leave the other details for you to fin out in actual gameplay. Have fun and please leave feedback (I know the map is a little crooked in some parts, but i'm just a beginner forger so please excuse any mistakes you may find.) Thank you Not many people have seen the movie, which surprises me, so when I tell them what I made, they say "big whoop" and never give it a chance. Oh and by the way, there wasn't much I could do with the inside of the base because Sandbox doesn't have any detail items so I just made whatever I felt necessary.
thats a pretty nifty idea. i wanna see more of the cave i think you shouldve actually inclosed the whole thing and made it feel like they were on lockdown so people couldnt just run away. anyways looks exciting ill download when i can
The whole base IS enclosed The caves are small though, they're just a place for the arachnids to spawn and they give the map a more authentic feel when you look at them from the base. I also ran out of abjects to place so I had to settle with just tube peice corners and then walls in the back of them to block it off.
