    She does not say that ALL the time. In the manga she says yes. Blame the translators.

    Oh yes another awesome anime sig. You just made my day.

    I don't think anything blends well [color, flow] and your use of the vine brush is really bad, and look very cheap. All around, it looks very bland. I don't hate it, but i don't like it.

    Sorry, i didn't mean in like that. I meant it looks like you didn't apply any gradient, filters, etc. Try like a Dark blue/orange map.

    So you don't see the gradient in the back? Or the lens distortion of the bubbles in the background?

    It's alright. It looks a bit flat to me, maybe try to add more colors to spice things up, maybe more clipping masks behind her, blured, etc.
