I dont mean to sound demanding.. I'm actually a really nice guy.. I just figured if I lay it out straight Id get someone skillfull.. besides Im offering to pay someones Xbox Live for life thats a preety good deal... by the way.. my sig is smaller then the guy above me so how is it too big?
Too many lines of text. If you put your maps in a spoiler tag, it'd be better. On-topic: Have you thoroughly thought this through? I have a capture card an once I get it working I might be able to help, but I cannot guarantee anything (I may need a whole new cap card). But I know that you wouldn't be able to do any voice-acting yourself (except down youe Xbox Live mic), and the editing would need to be emailed to you... It'd be easier for you to buy a cap card yourslf and then recruit actors. If you need help buying a card, I'll help, and so will the pinned topics in the Videos forum.
if you expect someone to buy an HD capture card, and change their gamertag, as well as purchase editing software, you are making them pay over $200 in most cases, any you wan't to pay them with one months?
Maybe you should read my post friend before adding your 2 cents.. i say that i am looking for someone who already has a capture card [preferably an HD one] and is a skilled editor [ obviously to be a skilled editor you would have to own an editing software] and im offering a 1 month subscription every month.. The reason for this is just in case the person decides to stop editing / making videos for what I need... all i lose is a 1 month... instead of me giving someone a 1 year... the only money i expect the user to spend is the $10 to change thier GT. I myself am a struggling Independent Editor.. I dont have the $1200 for my prefered editing software and Capture card...
You need to be more specific with what you are doing. Blindly hiring an editor without more detail will result in one of two things. 1) You will get no applications or 2) You will find an editor not suitable for your needs. There are many aspects to editing, and different skills. Do you want someone who can create good pacing and mood? Do you want someone who is good with effects? You need to specify this and the best way to do so would be describe what it is you are expecting. Do you want to do machinimas? Do you want to do montages? A good machinima editor would not necessarily make a good montage editor and vice versa. On top of this, the general air of your post makes me feel as if I would be constantly worked. How much effort will I be putting towards this? What can I expect for free time? Not everyone has alot of time on their hands, and good editing jobs take lots of time. If you are treating this as a job hiring, then at least make known what people can expect out of working with you. So in a nutshell, shed more light on the subject. You need to state your purpose, what you are trying to create, what you expect out of the editing, and what can the editor expect on the terms of time and effort.

I don't know about other people but that gamertag change is kind of a push away when I at least read this. Personally, I would never change my gamertag to please someone else or simply just change it for the benefit of another person. I can do something like this but I'm lacking the free time to do it and I haven't necessarily made any thing in quite a while.
unfortunately i can not step away from the one and only condition for the position... i find hard to believe that any1 would pass up free xbox live for life..
Why do you want us to change our GT? What would you like us to change it to? Also, what are you expecting to make?
