Foundry duck hunt 2.0

    Map Description
    One randomly chosen zombie spawns in a sniper tower, the other players have to navigate an obstacle course WITHOUT GETTING SNIPED! At the end of the course there is a node that leads to a weapon room where there are shotguns, flamethrowers, and power ups. You then go through the node at the end of the hall which leads you to the top of the sniper tower where you drop through the hole in the roof and give the sniper a little surprise.

    Very simple and slightly different from the other duck hunt maps, but only because of the bridges that protrude towards the sniper tower, when usually the terrain goes backwards. I would recommend giving some more cover for the ducks, especially along those bridges, as it's WAY too easy for the zombie to kill them. I would recommend interlocking, and maybe making it a lot less sloppier. If it was cleaned up and more thought through (think about how someone might use an object, when they might use it and where).

    This is certainly not original at all. I've seen countless duck hunt maps posted here on ForgeHub, but they're always very fun. Also, the forging apears very sloppy in several parts of the map and it looks like you rushed your map. In other words, some parts look neat and other parts are sloppy. I suggest taking your time in future projects and visiting the Forging 101 Forum for advice and tricks of forging.

    You have very positive potential for Forging so good luck on future projects.

    I'll tell you the truth, not to be mean:
    Duckhunts are fun, including this one, but there are many versions.
    The map is kind of sloppy and a little short.
    I think you should try interlocking more and make the map longer.
    Most of the duckhunt maps have bubble shields and deployable covers too.

    But, that is what ForgeHub is.
    Learning new techniques and getting tips on what you missed.

    Ok, there are a lot of things that I like about this map and don't like from what I can see:

    Pros:
    -relatively long
    -the teleporter lets you jump in on the sniper so that he can not camp on it
    -more difficult than other duck hunt maps

    Cons:
    -sloppy (check this link out)
    -no stats on the duck characteristics (health percentage, number of shields, how fast they run, etc.) These are important because the way that these maps play can change vastly on even a slight health change.
    -the post could be neater (always capitalize, especially the map name, because it looks neater and more professional)
    -the weapon room is lacking. I always love getting my favorite weapon and destroying the hunter

    ummm yeah i seen alot of these maps and this one looks longer but that doent mean better so yeah you sould include a game type inless u want people to use the regular game type for ducks ... inerlocking helps alot with these maps
    and what stops me from just camping under the snipers room i dont see a barreir or grave lifts so yeah 3/5 a duck hunt 2.8/5 as over all map

    Thank you for your criticism, the constructive criticism is really going to help me on my next map, (hopefully a race track on sandbox) but thanks a lot. I will do my best to take all of the comments into consideration and make my next map a lot better.

    this map doesnt look long at all....... not gona lie this looks like a worse verison of duck hunt. one good thing i like about it tho is how you did the snipe tower. we sometimes had problems with the snipe camping on the teleporter or assassinating people who came through. From the pics i cant see the hole too well but id assume it would work better then a teleporter
