    my friend and i were wondering, how the hell do they link V for vendetta to opposing scientology? i always thought V was FOR other religions.

    Because the mask represents an idea, and putting it over your face renders you anonymous and part of the idea.

    /b/ didn't decide to just wear Guy Fawkes masks with no reason. A popular movie came out, people meme'd it, and before you know it, EFG cameth.
