Wow, I should've beaten this... I was home free, when I got to the mongoose jump, but there were no mongooses. So I reluctantly changed it to "All Vehicles". Then, by some miracle I get there again, only I can't get in the mongooses. So now I'm in a slump of missing easy jumps after changing it so I can have "Full Use" of vehicles. Just a warning, if you have the gametype be sure to change these settings or it isn't possible. I'll get this done, but it may take a while now... EDIT: The golf club wasn't there at the end, so make sure you turn weapons on too. I'll link to youtube when I get it up, probably tomorrow when I get home. I may upload it to Youtube if you guys want, just ask me to. 4/5 just because the gametype had problems, good job though, it was a really good jump map. Bungie Film EDIT 2: Youtube is up. Youtube
downloaded will watch it as soon as i can would be nice to see my map on you tube also yes tis ashame the problems with the gametype but you learn from mistakes i guess anywway cheers
i like jumping maps. this one just stood out as soon as i saw it. believe me, i have about 10 of these maps [what... they are a good waste of time] and this one looks challenging in a different way. one thing that stands out that i haven't seen before is the ramp jump on the 4th pic. while it looks easy, i just think nobody has done it before. good job, definate dl from me. 5/5
BHS12price has a youtube video showing this map completed Check it out right here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ihnKNw2lZmY&feature=channel_page He also has a couple more difficult maps on there as well. This map is awesome, I love how it goes from the crypt to in the sky and has cool asthetic qualities such as the blue team marker jump. My buddy Alex says it's fun and i'll be sure to try it later. 5/5 Whoops, srry didn't see that you had already shown them alex. . Well mine has a picture so ha.
Yup, beat you to it. I'll play this with you this weekend or something. Anyway, this map was much better than others I've done, and the most important thing to me was the fact that there were landmarks/sections of jumps you could use to see how far you were through it. "I'm at the stair part." "Oh ok, I'm just getting to the blue light jump." This really adds the variety that makes a jump map good. It really makes maps way better, as opposed to just the same jumps over and over. This was actually a better map than I really first thought, so I'm switching it to a 5/5 because of the bad jump maps I've seen lately. You better make more or else!
