ok, so i think i know the answer to my first question, but i'll ask anyway, someone may know a way around it.. is it possible to make the attacking and the defending team spawn with different weapons? I know i could work it for infection, but what about ctf and assault? i'm not at my xbox so i cant check these things myself, but if i cant, anyone know if i could make people spawn with no weapons, and have a weapon on the spawn point, so it would automatically pick up the weapon? and secondly, does anyone what a list of destructable objects for sandbox? cheers guys!
also i read in another post that double blocks in sandbox aren't truely square, if this is correct, what would be the best object to use for squareness?
to answer your question no you cant make it so the teams have different weapons each i know because i tried a million times. but there is a way to make it so you can spawn with no weapons and its a mod so you will get banned from almost everything for doing it. for a list of destructable objects -pallet -fusion coil -all vehicles not much really the best object is any of the blocks, they just look bumpy but the actual geometry is perfectly square
Use the symmetry option. You can set one base's spawns/objective items to be all defenders/attackers and put all the weapons you want the defenders/attackers in that base and do that for the other side too. 1. Don't double post... just edit your original post 2. What this means is there are small bumps and round edges on the boxes. They are still cubes. If you want to make a floor out of double boxes, I have found that the undersides of the boxes are flatter.
you can't set primary weapons to none... I would recommend putting pistol as primary and none as secondary for what I think you're trying to do.
