Welcome, to my map Fission. This was my first attempt at a Conquest maps, also my first attempt at a Sandbox map. I feel as though the two mixed very nicely. This map is a very basic Conquest map. The idea of a Conquest map, is a tug of war game type. Each team starts at one end of a path. They capture territories (territories do not lock) until they meet the other team. They then battle for the odd territory and then keep on rolling into the other teams base, capturing their territories. Usually a team will never capture all the territories.

    Conquest game type options are:
    10 seconds to capture
    Lock after capture Disabled
    Starting Weapon: Assault Rifle
    75% Damage
    Respawn Time: 10 seconds
    Synchronized Team Respawns
    Spawn On Capture
    Rounds: 3
    Time Limit: 3

Fission has 5 territories to capture, one in the hall way in front of spawns of each base. One in the windowed hallway in each base. Finally one in the middle, that is separated by a jump-able gap.

    Each base has:
    2 Plasma Rifles
    2 Spikers
    1 Needler
    1 BR
    1 Spike Grenade
    1 Plasma Grenade
    1 Sniper Rifle
    2 Frag Grenades

The Battle Rifle and the Sniper Rifles have to work together to make sure that their opposing, Sniper Rifle and Battle Rifle, don't kill them or their teammate. One team's power weapon duo being alive whilst the other ones is not can devastate the other team. This fine balance is however broken with both the Sniper Rifle and Battle Rifle only having 2 clips and 60 seconds of respawn time.

One question, how do you capture the middle territory, do you have to jump or something
Good use of interlocking and i like the look of the bases, they look awesomy, Overall good job 4.9/5

The middle territory is long enough to have a decent amount of area on each platform the leads towards the jump.

great attempt for your first sandbox map.

on to the map, gameplay seems awesome and hectic. i guess this map is recommended for 6 to 10 players, but i guess 10 would be pushing it. i like how the bases are basically the same, except for the colored pillars. it seems like the red and blue ball are almost becoming a necessity for all team slayer maps, but it's good that you included them. most of the map looks very clean, besides a part or two that seem kinda sloppy.

If you have played Conquest before you know the general rule is, the more the merrier.

    i love it.
seems like it would have really smooth gameplay.
just sends chills down my spine seeing how much creativity sandbox is giving people.
bungie needs to hurry and release sandbox. D:!!

only bad part about release, forgehub will be spammed with new mas from sandbox.
but will soonly die down ^_^

To help heat answer that, im guessing its long enough like he said, but you can also stand on the territory marker since its solid and immovable.
