    Suburban Streetlights

Just a couple pictures I took at dusk of streetlights, trees, and houses on my street. Nothing too complicated or original, but I really liked them. I'd like to starts taking more pictures, so I'd really like some tips on how to improve. Feedback is always appreciated.

First is lame, mainly due to the glare.

    Second is nice, good positioning.

Get a better camera. The quality is horrible.

I really like the gradient colors of the second picture, they really stand out.
The first one is kinda boring though, not much exciting colors or lighting there.

I would absolutely love to see more of this.

Agreed. Also, no offense, but most of your stuff is just boring. It doesn't have that WOW effect.

    get a better camera
    get a tripod
have better timing when you take your pictures.

But for a beginner, if you are one,
    its decent.

Total beginner, just starting to experiment with photography. I can't really do the first two things on your list, because I don't have any money right now. I would like, if you could point me in the right direction, to find some more instructional based articles on photography.
