Sandbox BR Warmup Stadium! Hey guys! I created a little map in about an hour, not intended for hours of fun gameplay, but more of (as its name entitles) 1v1 BR warmups. Its happened too much to me that me and a bud wanna do some MLG, and we need a little warmup, only to find that there's no good maps or its just too boring. So, I took the liberty to make something new. Note that its really minimally interlocked;its not careless, but its definelty not state-of-the-art. Enjoy. This is a 100% symmetrical map for fair and easy gameplay. Weapon and item list include: 4 Battle Rifles 4 Plasma Grenades Showing off the symmetry Blue Base from Red Base's perspective Central overshield and pairs of plasmas on each side - Don't fall! A (crooked) screenshot of A side to B side, notice the BR spawn That about sums it up, its a small map, so there's not much to show Oh, and yeah, you're gonna fall off. i like this map, it's great for the amount of time you said you put into it. i think it would be great for 1v1 or 2v2 swat or regular br training. one thing about it is that a battle rifle warm-up map should contain some more cover [just my opinion, cuz if you would be playing br's, you usually would shoot from a place with some kind of covering]. otherwise, very nice map, i haven't really seen many small symmetrical sandbox maps yet.

Thanks. I was thinking about adding more cover as well, but I just didn't know where. I felt that it would be a little too cluttered for its size. If you have a suggestion on what and where to put it, let me know! Thanks
i'm not saying it has to be a ton of it, maybe just a small little barrier that you can crouch and be covered. just one or two on each side would be good i guess.
I think it has a lot of potential at being a great warm up map. I'm not sure how much of your item budget you have left, but instead of two rows of walls on the floor, add three. Then you could put cover on the middle row, maybe every three squares, and then it wouldn't clutter up the play field. I know that would require a lot of extra work because you'd have to scale the entire map, but it's a suggestion. However, this would make a great dodge ball map.
Hmm... good suggestion, I think I'm gonna try that out. Maybe I can just use the outer ring and make it the medium ring. Who knows what'll happen. I'll keep it updated.

DL'd What a great idea I can see it now... All my friends want to play it with 300% speed 50% gravity and golfclubs....... lol I'll use it for BR training for sure though Awesome man
