Okay, so I've recently purchased my Halo Wars LCE and gotten my Mythic Map Pack. Now, I have one request, can someone please make a Lockout, Sanctuary, or Boarding Action remake? I've always wanted one and I don't have the skills to build 'em my self. Please somebody help me. :cry:
I will be working on one shortly, at least for a boarding action. I don't really remember Sanctuary that well, but I will probably redo Lockout as well. May be a bit though, I don't have the maps. But I bet a lot of Boarding Action remakes are going to hit the boards after a majority of teh peeps get the maps...
I was going to try at a Boarding Action remake, but it didn't work out, and so I started on an Infection map! I won the maps in a contest about a week ago! Grats on getting Halo Wars... I wanted it so badly but somebody stole my remaining $60! I have seen pretty awesome Remakes made already! Most in the crypt though... can't wait for an upcoming Guardian Remake I saw...
Why are you even asking? Its quite clear that every single halo map of all time is going to be remade on this map. I truly wish that they could've given us doors to geomerge with so it is going to take more time. Anyway Boarding action will be remade, Sanctuary will be remade, and so will Lockout. All of this is guaranteed to be remade. Or your money back.
Wow, if actually look around Bungie.net you could see that most of the maps have already been remade on Sandbox including boarding Action.
I still do not get the purpose of Lockout remakes, we already have a lockout remake in Halo 3, why do you people still want them?! And Guardian?! Seriously, that map shipped with the game! Anyway, as for the other maps, I might remake Sanctuary, so if I do....I'll give you a heads up. I'd really like to see a Prisoner or Wizard remake, myself. Among other things...
I tested and I have concluded that it is indeed possible to remake danger canyon on sandbox. If only I had the skills to do so. Oh well, there's still ascension! Real tower of power here we come!
I'm dying to see a too scale sanctuary remake, i loved that map, along with lockout! If anyones looking i started up a Map database, i've got quite a good amount in there so far check it out and post anything i need to add into it, i actually got the boarding action remake mentioned earlier up already heres the link
Okay, thanks for the link RedPwner. Okay, the only reason why I wouldl like to see these maps remade is because I think they would be really good. Anyone objecting this should not post here.
You know what I would like to see remade? Danger Canyon. Seriously, that was my favorite level ever on Halo PC.
If you're willing to wait for quality remakes, there's the forgotten treasures contest going on right here, right now. Wait for the final rounds of voting and you'll see some pretty accurate and kickass remakes.
