Actually, I never said I was the first to make a door on Sandbox. I said I was the first to implement a door into gameplay on Sandbox. Also, as far as I know, nobody on Forgehub has released a Casual Map for Sandbox. So I'm hoping to get first dibs on that to. But seeing as most people will have the maps tomorrow, I don't think that is likely.
Havn't played it yet mate. It was like 11:30Pm my time when I found it and I had to be at work at 6:00am. Only just got home and have not been on the Xbox yet.
I need to get some testing done on my mini game map, but I can never find enough people to help me test. Sad faic. It's ready to go, I just need to make some gametype adjustments...if needed.
He doesn't really play Halo 3, he bought Halo Wars, and he saw the code as an 'extra'. Just played my first game on Orbital, directly got an Killtrocity my first game + the achievement for it . And now I also know why Orbital is confusing Q_Q.
Radar wise it is but after a while you can use their position on the radar to tell exactly where they are and exactly where they are heading. Anyways I am going to do a few tests on sandbox to see how movable those "Block tiny" and "Block small" are. Edit: This has given me a great idea for a mini-game.
Blown away by sandbox. I hopped in, went to the crypt, and just placed every item. There is such variety! Then I began to forge some simplistic stuff, and got some great things going. I think I might end up making a competitive map first after all. As for interlocking, really I didn't have Z-Fighting issues like most people reported. Yes, there is some, but it was really easy to fix. Now, with all the deterioration on the objects there appears to be some Z-Figthing always happening, but it is so small and minuscule you hardly notice. No, Sandbox is amazing and gets an A+ from me, my only issues is that the crypt's walls are exceptionally bumpy, more so than I would have guessed.
I dont think this has been posted yet: Halo 3 File Details They blocked the towers so you have HUGE amounts of space, bigger than the skybubble.

More I want to know more about this. How did they block off the towers? What extra space is available?
