I was just wondering, is the death boundary on Skybox the grid or is it a bit lower? I'd hate to have to stack my floors. Sorry if there's a thread where this is answered already.
The death barrier is just a tiny bit under the grid. Around the size of a single crate from Rats nest (The tiny crate) underneath the grid.
Nuts. I love falling off a map and getting that last plasma off to be rewarded with a "stick," and "from the grave," medal. Oh well, most maps will have multiple levels/altitudes anyway.
You could always just build higher, I mean having a map not on the grid could make your maps more appealing.
I was hoping that you'd fall the same distance as you do on the other maps before you died (notice how you seem to fall for a certain time on the other maps before you hit the death barrier). Just use double blocks for floors.
I don't think anyone would really be able to tell. I can't wait to forge on this map though, its going to be awesome!
