I made two ODST tags in my absence. I guess you can call it an early celebration for the Halo 3:ODST Launch. Either way, some good old fashion CnC is needed. I already know a few people like them, but I got no CnC. Thanks. Same style by the way. Both were stocks and the top one was B&W. I added color so it wasn't too boring.
I'm liking this style a bit. You could really work on your text though. IMO just get rid of it. Also, they are both kind of monotone. Lighting on 2nd could use work. Don't have it so powerful on the right, and darken the left.
ooh i like the second, use that as your sig. i like the juicy and deep look as he kinda jumps away from the light source. the smudges going off him look a little over-sharpened to me, though. all i can say for the first one is lose the border and work on the text.
I found it too dark with the left side darkened so I left it as is. I also tried to not have such a bright light source, but it just... kinda turned out like that. Didn't bother fixing it. And I'll assume that by saying nothing about the top one that it's good?
Actually, the composition isn't great. As in focal placement. Could I have a .psd of the second? I want to try some lighting ideas... BOOM.
