Dunno whether this should be in Halo Discussion or not. I won't go into great detail, but Shiska banned me when I accused him that a thread he made was spam. He accused my post as spam and banned me. So I ask what the thread was about, and he said that the title of the thread was part of a Mythic DLC code. He assumed I would have figured this out, even though the only thing written in the OP was "wait what?". So I asked why he would give away part of a code, then he implied that I was stupid to think that the code was exploitable as different codes were used each time. "I feel like I'm wasting time talking to you, so this will be the end of our conversation." He's just so ****ing belittling. He talks to you like you're the most insignificant speck of **** too. I thought that when I would first talk to him it would be a pleasant conversation. I was wrong. Sorry, just a little pissed that I was banned for essentially "being stupid". Don't be like that, I didn't get hurtby him. I don't particularly care that I'm banned from b.net because I never go on it anymore. I'm just surprised that twat got a job at Bungie. He does his job well, but he's a **** moderator. The ban itself was bang out of order, too.
I'm frankly rather surprised that you didn't realize what was going on with the partial code either. There are a ton of contests for the map pack codes going on, and this was just another one. Shishka deals with rampant stupidity on bnet every .0035 seconds and shouldn't have to take the time to tell whether someone's intentions were good or not. Telling someone that their thread is spam is without a doubt spam in and of itself, and making a thread complaining about your "harsh" treatment on another site is lame and doesn't garner my sympathy.
I asked what the post was about and said that I was confused as to why the thread existed. There's a lot worse spam on there from people who didn't get banned. It seems that if I'd have shown a hint of knowing what the thread was about, I could have spammed all I wanted. The ban is still unjust, whether you sympathise or not Squiddy.
I didn't read any of the threads, or anything about this ''discussion'', but is it just me, or does this guy have something against ForgeHub and its members?
qft. I think shiska has something against ForgeHub because all our maps are better than any piece of crap he can throw into matchmaking. On the flipside I seriously doubt he would have done it because you were a member of forgehub. We have like 30,000 members, I doubt he hates everyone. Probably just the Premiums and Moderators :/
That is some bad moderating by Shiska right there. He's completely abusing the banhammer and talking to members like they're trash. He just went out and insulted people for their 'spam', even though his thread was spam by itsself. I know its a code, but he could've come up with a better way of posting it.
He doesn't hate everyone of course, but it seems he hates how we act, and he thinks we think we're better map makers then most people from Bungie. Which a lot of us are... lol
No, it's attitudes like this that he dislikes, and it's one that has cast a shroud of negativity across this site and I'm personally sick of it. The elitist bullshit crap that comes across like we're so much better than the rest of the Halo community, which we aren't.

If you ever ask Bungie "I can haz recon?" they will answer "Yes, but let me check something first.... "oh, you were blacklisted once, no reconz for you!" The only reason I point this out and make fun of you for it is because I was XP banned once, "No reconz for me!"

I got perma banned from bungie by some recon 54 guy or something like that.He banned me for mentioning custom firmware/software or something like that damn I had good times in the flood forum.
Kinda irrelevant, I said nothing about the armour that we can all earn once H3:ODST arrives. And guys, before another Shiska vs FH war sparks, it's worth saying that even though I mentioned his FH account, he never replied directly to it. He doesn't care whether I'm a FH member or not, it is irrelevant. Also, FH community > Bungie.net community And Bungie.net mods > Shiska as a mod
