AFTER EXTENSIVE PLAY TESTING I HAVE DONE AWAY WITH THIS VERSION OF MAP AND I AM REALEASING A NEW VERSION SOON. Link to map Map Link to game Gametype This map goes along with the game-type Regicidex. This is also only the second map from me here on forgehub. -EDIT The map is very asymetrical and focuses around the center establishment. Gametype: The Goal of the game is to keep your VIP on the hill as long as you can before the other team eliminates them. VIP's gain 1 point for every 15 seconds on the hill and attacking teams gain 10 points for eliminating the VIP. Map: The map is laid out where the defending team spawns closest to the hill and can quickly access its many features. They can either spread out across it directing fire at the attacking team or they can hole up in one of the two spots within the Pyre. Access to the spots mentioned is concealed behind the two crates upon the building. simply move the crates via melee or explosion and you have spartan sized holes. Precautions have been taken to eliminate sword camping by allowing the attacking team the space they need via events.... as far as the attacking team goes, they spawn directly on the other side of the map inside one of the little rooms where they will have to deal a minor inconvenience (put in to slow down at start of game). Depending on the teamwork rounds can be over shortly or take the time. Intresting. The center goal reminds me of a King of the Hill map built by Shadow long ago. I enjoy the use of the four open boxes to create the octagonal hole. Also the two boxes that create the nice sized door is fantastic, I am surprised to know it has took this long to see that in a map.

Very interesting game, it seems well built and gameplay seems smooth. Great job and keep up with your forging I'd like to see even better ones!
I have a few better maps but this is my most recent and I thought to get the online community involved with this one rather than just have my friends critique me. alas fileshare storage is small for me. And yes I also like my sig. The picture, it looks like a nuke is going off far away in valhalla and the phrase is genuine.
This map has a lot of pretty features. I really like what you did with the double boxes in the middle, and your "spartan sized hole" is genius-i still cant figure how you did it... However, i was curious about the randomly tilted fence walls in the middle.
By far the weakest part of this map is the not caring approach I took to the fences. I'd only rate it 3 or 4 stars because of this IMHO. I haven't even had a chance to test this map much, just the gametype, since I've been busy all day.
