Hi, Hunter Chamber is the first map I've put on Forgehub but it's not one of the first I've made. Hunter Chamber is a game of infection where the zombies have a poor active camo and they lose their shield over time. Basically, the longer you wait, the weaker the zombies become so you want to try and survive as long as possible without being killed. The zombie also has an enhanced motion tracker so he can see you when you stay still but it only has a 10m radius. There arn't many weapons on the map 'cos the objective is to survive as long as possible but dotted around the map are: 2x Brute Shot 1x Sniper Rifle 1x Rocket Launcher 1x Spartan Laser 1x Fuel Rod Gun 1x Sentinel Beam Here are some pictures of the map: Up High Up High Again Down Low Sorry I only have a few pics but my screenshot place on bungie.net is full at the moment. hey, nice idea, the losing shields, I think you could really make this map nice if you Interlocked and geomerged, you can find guides for geomerging HERE and interlocking HERE With these newly discovered techniques (for you at least) you can really make the map the best it can be! for now though, a 3/5 a second version could be nice
Thanks mate Yeah, I already know how to merge and geomerge and I have made some maps with them but for this I found it was better without because it makes the map look more rough which is how I wanted it, I might make and meged version of it though.
I really like the idea of the zombies shields depleting. That seems very original. Also normally infection maps are supposed to look sort of sloppy and have a torn down like feel, but to some extent, so interlocking and geomerging aren't really completely necessary in an infection map. Overall, this seems very original and I'll have to download this when I get some space on my hard drive.
You don't need interlocking and geomerging in a map to make it good. This map is proves it. This map is really neat, and has an awesome idea, and i dont see much interlox. Good job. Really neat.
OK this map is very original, i downloaded it, it has a rough look but it is almost too rough, so a suggestion is that you might want to interlock the major structures; ie double boxes, single boxes, etc. Other than that i think it is a good idea, so i give it a 3/5
