Disconnection V2 This is the updated version of Disconnection. It features different weapons, structures, vehicles and more geomerging and interlocking! It works with all gametypes, though team games work best as it does have bases. Again, Slayer, Oddball, CTF and Assualt work best, but it is kitted out for everything. Notice the Flipped Double Box and interlocked Fence Box. The Armoury has lost a Covenant Carbine that is now on the Warthog Garage. The Ghost Garage has been moved to align it on both sides, but only a little. The Cover Zone has changed shape, and now has a Regenerator and More Spike Grenades. It lost the AR, but it's new shape makes small hallways that you can spawn in. The New Base Overview. The Brute Shot has moved into a weapon holder inside the Open Single Box The Base Interior. Notice the Scenery Improvements The Tunnels. On both sides there are Maulers in the blocked off Doorframe next to the Radar Jammer, A Spiker by the far Barrier, and Rockets/Spartan Laser in the Blue Room. The Energy Sword tunnel has been blocked off at the sides to make the Energy Sword harder to reach. The Fence Box makes it more open for the Energy Sword holder, but the wall interlocked with it gives cover from the turrets. Fence Box from inside. And from outside. YUm, sloppy at times, some nice geomerging, but the shotgun power drain and the bubble shield was just bloody stupid... ah, much better! But it was a pretty bad decision... lol, other than it is smooth and peculir, reminds me of my old maps
i would say that the map is good. i like some of the structures, and some i don't. i would advise you to use more interlocking and geomerging when making your maps. i don't know if you rushed to finish your map or not but some of the structures look thrown together. you know how to interlock and geomerge. use those skills in your next map. i would also say that when making a map you should focus on a couple types of gameplay. saying that all gametypes will work takes away from the map itself. nice job with the map. let me know if you want to forge some time.
Map could use a little work in some places, but the weapon placing is crucial.It plays a major roll in gameplay flow and this map needs work on that the most in my opinion.1.8/5
Things you NEED to fix: get rid of armory, don't put 4 spike nades and regen next to each other, don't put the shotgun next to the power drainer, add some cool aesthetics to make your map stand out, focus on only a few gametypes. Sorry, but your map is just too bland. You need to make it stand out by improving the aesthetics. It just looks boring, make it better. If you need some help testing my gt is crazy zebu. I would like to help.
