Think of it as a mod would. If you were the owner of a site and knew that you could lose the site if you had illegal content on it, wouldn't you delete first and ask questions later. It doesn't matter what the video is called. You don't have to name the thread, the same as the video. It's actually common sense.

It was locked because the video was removed. Not because it was a bootleg, but if it was, it would've been locked still. Again. This is locked, unless you can get a replacement video.
The video is not removed, however the video has embed disabled, so you cant watch it though a embed. However you can click the video, and you will be brought to the youtube page that has the video. That was pretty funny. I liked the end.
