Suicidal Heroes – Episode 1: Autonomy

This is it, my first episode of my first machinima series. It took me 6 long months to finally get it done and I’m very pleased that it is. Through the course of the production, I learned new skills in editing and strengthened my usage in Photoshop. I had a lot of fun with my friends acting out the scenes and creating the voices. Thank you so much SJ, JB, IVY, JACK, and JAZZ, it means a lot to me and thank you very much for helping me create something I’ve always wanted to do since 2005.

I’ve always wanted to create a Halo Machinima Story of my own, I even wrote a story about it, but it got deleted when my hard drive crashed. I only remember so much from what I wrote, but trying to bring it back piece by piece. I was inspired by really good halo film makers like Jamie98s and the people from Hollywood Halo, I’ve always wanted to join such a crew, but knew nothing about halo video making. But anyway, their inspiration and dedication lead me to creating my own series. Thank you very much Jamie98s, the people of Hollywood Halo, and of course Rooster Teeth.

    I Hope you enjoyed it!

The making of this episode is just hilarious and I want to share it with the world soon, I just need to create it first. So much work to do, and I got so much homework piled up too >.<!!

Front Page of Bungie.net. I predict you are getting recon. 'Nuff said.

Ok, maybe not that much but my god, am I speechless. That was extremely good and I'm glad I've taken the time to watch this. I would suggest posting this on Machinima.com (If you haven't already) because I think the people there would really like this.

My only concern was that you took some footage while in forge, which showed the little tear drops. Other than that, the storyline and effects were superb.

    Well done, well done.

That was an amazing first episode. I think maybe some more post production editing could be done to maybe take out the tear drop shaped objects and some instances where they picked up equipment when they weren't supposed to. All in all a good story, can't wait for the next episode!

Yea I got lazy toward the end a bit because it was the 6th month of
production, after awhile I tended to accept anything and roled with it >.<

    Thank you for watching ^^

Really good, i only have a couple grievances.

If you "throw a grenade" but have no grenades you can raise your weapon smoothly without that jerk, or extra melee.

Voice acting could have used more emotion, not such a bored voice.

And later if you intend to still use the monitor, but wish to have a broader selection of colours, there is a mod that allows forge in a slayer game, and as a result, get rid of the forced team colours

I commented on YouTube as catmon007.

The fictional universe and storyline is brilliant and original, I like the use of monitors as worker robots. The film's universe is very real.
Z97 is a real mysterious badass, G70 is a positive and skillful soldier. They're like a two-man A team, considering only G70 was doing the shooting throughout the mission.
Loved the forging on the scenes, the stairwell scene looked great and yet was very simple.

The only thing that I did notice was some of the voices were emotionless, but the range of different voice actors and characters was great.
Just to end on a positive note, the battle scene music was nearly perfect. Keep doing whatever you're doing in that department! (14:24 and on, wow!)

And there will be more soon ^^, just going to take a lot more time
Im a broke college student with no job now, but I will try to
continue this one way or another. Thank you very much for watching ^^

yea some portion are left emotionless because these two characters just
met each other, I wanted to add that sort of realism between people who
    just met.

Thank you very much for watching and reviewing! <3333333

Btw, I'm in the production of the making and it will soon be done. ^^
