Call me crazy, but Halo 3 Campaign mission downloads Halo 3 is the end of the story, but who says that downloadable content is a separate game (except for the Lara Croft download). Think about it, could the story continue?...
Crazy you... Lol. JK. That actually sounds cool, but I don't see how they could fit it in. Maybe they could remake the Halo: Combat Evolved story. That was great! Also, I wouldn't mind seeing a little more backstory in between the missions already there...
i dont think theyd do it. ud be surprised how many people bought halo 3 without even having an internet connection to their 360 lol...so i kinda doubt it..my guess for the next game will be Marathon...legendary ending points towards that suppositly mass effect will be doing this, tho
I'd pay for the game again if they changed the Guilty Spark fight to a Gravemind fight. Let us keep the laser. Make Guilty Spark pull a mendicant Bias and join gravemind, then let us kick both their assess. I don;t see many other avenues for Campaign DLC.
i guess it would be cool but i highly doubt it, bungie is probably too busy working on their next game... it would be cool if they did some weird prequel thing though... and yea the mass effect dlc is gonna rule, i dont even care what it is i am buying it the day of
I'd love it if they gave us Campaign DLC, frankly i'd enjoy any DLC they give out. I don't know whats stopping Bungie from going to the books for inspiration, for someone who hasn't read them such as myself a game version would be most interesting.

I don't know, it would be cool but it seems a bit unfair to those who don't have money to purchase the bonus missions. They'd be left out if it revealed important details. I think Bungie should just stick with releasing the campain on disk.
Yeah totally,in fact when i heard of halo wars i thought it was going to be something along the lines of halo 3 meets battlefront not an rts Just think about the epic battles you could be right in the middle of Like the sparten III's first monstrous mission where only two survived Or When red team were defending reach after dropping out of the pelican. I dunno but a birds eye view or the battle doesnt do halo justice imo
Hmm...that sounds like a good idea. I like it how their going to add new worlds to explore in Mass Effect for Downloadable Content so this doesn't sound that bad at all Just no more skulls and if so, no more new armor as retarded as Hayabusa.
I dont think they will be giving out campaign DLC, but it would be fun to have maybe a 10 min long demo kind of thing that gives us a bit more info on that mysterious planet but still leaves us on a huge cliffhanger I know eh? I was imagining a freakin MMOFPS with epicness around every corner. Huge battles of 150+ ppl a bit like planetside with pelicans, tanks, scarabs, every single vehicle. When i heard halo wars was going to be an RTS, i was rlly disappointed
Ditto, some games just don't deserve to be RTS's. Also, there are only going to be two races, which sounds really stupid... C'mon if you're going to make an RTS, at least make it like Dawn of War with all its choices. Seriously, Dawn of War: Dark Crusade has about nine or eight different races you can chose from and they all have their flaws. But two of them? People are all probably going to chose like the only good race out of the two, and it would be boring on X B Live.
I've also been thinking of that. I'd like to play the battle from the "Believe" Diorama, if you haven't seen it click here. I was rather dissapointed when it wasn't in the game.
If they ever try to tie Marathon into Halo I'll be done playing Halo, it will just ruin the story. And as far as the Legendary ending, Jo Staten quoted in an interview for a magazine that it was not a nod to Marathon, but more of a nod to the begining of Halo 1.
