I've seen a lot of smooth platforms made outta db's, when i make a, straight, 2 dbl box long platform i use 3 dbl boxes. I've seen people use 2 and it's at a certain part every time. Any help with this
I'll try, i have two double boxes. I wish to make a walkway that is around 2 double boxes long. that help?
This is what I do to make a walkway, if its on the ground. First I Spawn the Double Box, then I put a wall on whichever side im gonna interlock something into it. I put the box on spawn-no, and end the round. I then put another wall behind the wall that was already there, and then delete the first one. After that, I put another box onto the wall, and it interlocks with the other box perfectly, if the wall is straight on. If you still don't understand, I show you in a Forge Session. O=Box 1=Wall 1O 11O 010 -Deleted the first wall
Fence walls are only really effective if you've flipped the boxes. If you want to use the tops, the curve is bigger than a fence wall so it defeats the purpose. Fence walls are definitely better for smoothly locking other walls, or making a bottom of the box platform flat though.
Would you mind showing me this in a Forge Session as well? EDIT: Nevermind, after re-reading it I understand it perfectly.
