new effect i guess... check it out

    ehhh, not really a new effect.
    Ive seen it a lot, and it looks dirty and unfocused.
    Sorry but i dont find it sessy.
    oh and its seems off center.

    I'm gonna have to agree. I guess its kinda interesting how the effect is kinda separated in the lower right side.

    well this is the first one i have everseen on halo and i have been palying since it started. I really like it and i love to see you pics keep them coming please.

    it's not the greatest i've ever seen. maybe tweak it and mix it up with some other effects
