Hey, my XBL subscription is going to renew in about a month, and i am thinking about getting either a new gamertag or simply dropping off the XBL community (The first one is probably what i will do), and i just got an e-mail telling me that my subscription will be automatically renewed. Can someone tell me how to cancel this? i couldnt figure out how myself.
you have to call Xbox support and tell them you don't want it to automatically renew. At least that's what I've had to do in the past.
I tried to see if there was an option for it on my dashboard Friday night, no luck though. pretty sure you just got to call and hit '0' a bunch when that douchebag Max or wtv the **** his name is starts talking.
Correct the one and only way to cancel an account, interrupt the sub renewal is to call xbox. Unless of course the credit card entered in not valid anymore.
I just called them yesterday to cancel auto renew because i bought a 13 month xbl card from amazon for $30.
