Description:
Inclination is a symmetrical map centered around a steep, sprawling bridge. The bridge itself is separated into three lanes which provide cover as you traverse the hill. Located at the top of the incline is the sniper rifle along with some deployable cover. At the bottom of the bridge is an octagon tunnel with a large teleporter gate. There are two arms attached to the main structure that climb in the opposite direction. These ramps will lead you up to the rocket room located directly above the octagon. As you climb the arms watch out for an occasional Donkey Kong style spool rolling in your direction. The spool won't kill you, but it will take out your shields. The shotgon is located on the underside of the main bridge right where the curved structure meets the floor. The shotgun and two stickies are underneath the curve just far enough that you will have to crouch and take a little bit of vunerable time to get them. One man cannon is located in either base for a quick race to the rocket spawn at the beggining of a match. I spent alot of time making sure that the gameplay would live up to the aesthetics on this map. The flow of movement around the map makes for intense battles, with plenty of ways to escape from any fire fight. Enjoy.

Thanks. It is symmetrical, though.

I will be open to suggestions on how to improve the surrounding areas. I tried and scrapped many different configurations and landed on the two semi-sheltered ramps on either side. I initially had more complicated geometry surrounding the main bridge, but I changed it because I wanted it to be easy to maneuver around the map. The structures that made it in the map involve no forced jumping, they allow you to scale the outside of the tented tunnels or cower inside to recharge your shields. They definitely aren't as pretty as the focal point of the map, though.

The teleporter ring leads to a receiver facing the underbelly of the sloping bridge(where the power drain is on default foundry, but on the ground).

You can, if the gametype or battle situation called for that type of a maneuver. Or you could just do it for fun. There are no vehicles on Inclination.
