First, this map is based around cleverity(?), there are several ways to skin any cat on this level, you just have to find them. Second, to all the Forge-aholics out there, I suck at interlocking and geomerging so I apologize for the lack of those features, but if anyone would like to remake this map with those things in it, I only ask you give me a link so I can try it out. Also 2 of them aren't workiing for me. I'd like to know more about the "Move a box gain a friend" sounds interesting
There is a receiver node that is blocked by a box, if moved, a teammate who was previously stuck is forced out
I couldnt really see anything from the pics but the map seems ok I guess.The gameplay looks fun but everything else kinda doesnt seem to fit it with a safari.Again if i'm wrong sorry couldn't really see anything from the pics.
Theres only one, but I designed it to not need two boxes, also, I am staring on replacing the pics now, it should be fixed soon
It looks really bland with little to no cover. I also don't like the armory or floating base at all. Very Cheap. On this map it is centered around humans > zombies. If you want to improve on this map, take out the armory, and add in some more cover. Then you should get more downloads.
Hate to sound like an ass but, I hate large armories on infection maps. I'm also not a fan of the open space with the barriers on end. I'm not sayin you need to interlock the whole thing, but just small touches like brushing up the structure and wall in pic 1 & 2 would make it look alot better. Overall I'd say a 6.5/10 but with alot of room for improvement.
The armory is one spawn per weapon, and due to the fact that equipment are considered weapons, the zombies can get weapons too. The floating base can be entered on both sides and has zero ammo, its a last resort. As time goes on, more cover becomes available, and Im sorry but I kinda suck at forging so thats as good as it will look, im an idea guy
the zombies can get weapons? you've been around forgehub for a while so you have to know what a zombie with a sniper can do, also for the save a friend thing, it's super boring to bo the stuck guy, and he can probably just stay in there the whole game, and you can't say you suck at interlocking and thats why you didn't do it. We don't care if your a forge good our a first time forger, gameplay may be more then look. but it's still pretty important 2 overpowered sniping zombies out of 5
Well all the snipers are where the humans gather, so in order for a zombie to reach the sniper, they need to make a pretty big hole, and by then it would be of little use. The armory itself is hard to reach for zombies unless they are really smart. The save a friend thing is normally taken care of fast and it forces the person out so worst case senario, the zombies push him out and kill him. There is one simple to access way to get in the base so most zombies go straight for the people also, and i should have said this before, the mass of the zombies (Non-Alpha) do not have access to the weapons, only the first three
