GRAPHICS TECHNOLOGY This thread is dedicated to the games with the best Graphics Technology. This means the game that looked the best. We've seen this in previous years with games like Assassins Creed, which was visually amazing. This is not about gameplay, if you found a game horrible with it's gameplay, but visually stunning, then post it. This applies to how well the movements of characters are, and the movement of scenery. (How a character swims, how the water reacts to the swimming.) So Forgehub, here is your chance to nominate your favorite use of graphics technoloy from the year 2008. Once I see a nomination I will add it to this thread. I will not count votes yet. This is a nomination thread. Nominations: -Call of Duty: World at War -Gears of War II -No More Heroes -Prince of Persia -SOCOM: Confrontation -Little Big Planet -Left 4 Dead -Metal Gear Solid IV -Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts -Grid -Dead Space -Mirrors Edge -Crysis: Warhead -Battlefield: Bad Company -Farcry 2
You mean Conformation? Also, this is my opinion, and almost everyone else that has played it, that game has horrible graphics.
No I would encourage it. If you think they are better, post them. No one can deny graphics, and no one should be able to deny gameplay, sadly most people here probably only own an xbox, and don't venture farther than that.
Randle, is this having to do with the art direction for the graphics of the game, or the quality/realism of the graphics in a game?
A little of both, basically how it played out on screen. How nice it looks, so yeah Art Direction would be included, one sec, I'll clarify it more.
MGS 4 or GOW II MGS4 has an advantage being on a more powerful platform though GOW II is definitely the most improved
