Mansketball -Offense tries to score by tossing a player into the net, defense tries to stop them. Simple. -Just a court with one hoop. Honestly, even I'm still having trouble with timing my grav-lifts/jumps/hammers... But during larger tests, people have done some pretty ridiculous stuff. It sort of reminds me of the hype leading up to Portal. You can't quite understand how some people's minds work, or how quickly they'll just get and master the idea behind the game. Blah... I think scoring is probably the most gratifying thing I could ever do when you have a full blown 4-on-4 game exploding around you. Oh yeah, the constant vibration drains your wireless controller batteries, should you have them. I have my vibration turned off.
There's a fatally thin line between stupid gimmick and fun with the whole Forge thing finally building steam, which is why I'm still pushing for attention. Nobody's said anything solid or definitive about Mansketball, nothing. That scares me. Is it already dead? Is it real a game or is it another Elephant flying all over Sandtrap with some fusion cores. I see downloads, I see views, but I'm not seeing feedback. I want to hear about my return investment... 6 hours of work for 15 minutes of fun. 6 hours of work for 1 or 2 minutes of "wtf is this crap? *Delete*" se7enth post.
Ugg... i was gonna test this but i forgot cuz i was having so much fun with Crate Frenzy... will test tomorow.
Well thanks for the update Bob... :'( I'm seeing some unfreakingbelievable things people are making, I'm probably going to remake that court.
