I really like the first one, if you made all of whats in it its excellent. Second one, however, just is way too busy. It hurts my eyes.
These look awsome. I like the first one better, its awsome. The second looks like a hurricane, good job on these.
1. Too blurry. Looks like what my wife must see when she is staring at the light from the ground after I've punched her in the eye. 2. Needs more depth, in my opinion and maybe some more edge definition. Otherwise, looks cool.
No, no, no. WAY too sharp on the first one. Take the original and sharpen it, but sharpen it much less.
The v2 of the second one honestly ruined the whole thing, but the first one is just plain amazing, I would love to have one as my sig. NIce job you are great at what you do
First one: Too much neg space on the left. It would look good as an avatar if you cropped it. And for the second one colors are weird and it's messy.
Are you guys sure you aren't basing this off your own opinions? To sharpen or not to sharpen. That is the question. But seriously, one says sharp, and one says no. Try not to make it how you want it. So what if it's too sharp? What effect does it have on the signature, then appeal to your eyes? In my opinion, the sharpness should stay. It drags the focal point to the desired location. The second one looks great also, but it does need more depth. Try adding a new layer with a big cloud to show it's up close.
I never said the first one shouldn't be sharpened... I said it was TOO sharpened. Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen is not satisfactory here. You need to sharpen the signature, just not by very much. If you look at the sharpened version, it's completely aliased. It looks like crap.
