thanks everyone. i hope you enjoy it, and if i didnt suck it up, i may look into a future project on another map as well. Territories was unfortunately the only one i didnt get to play on. If anyone has a game on it, you can feel free to send me the video, cause i'd love to see it in action.
It actually looks very good. I understand completely the ordeals of posting a pre-dlc map, because I have posted several, and there was always that one guy who wouldn't care if it was well forged or not. Anyway, this looks like it is much better than the original Epitaph, which had (and still has) many issues, such as the vast array of power weapons on such a small map. I also like the use of grav lifts to create new paths and routes to take the flag. It looks like it could use some more scenery, because it looks pretty bare. Otherwise it looks pretty good. And no, I'm not trying to kiss your ass, I genuinely think that this is a good map.
wtf, im pissed... these really simple maps are coming out right now! My newest one, Lightsouts on boundless, this sucks, right now im into this, but my Xbox is down! Im also tired of saying that too... This blows guys.... It looks fun Silence!
Haha not to be mean but this is a waste of a post, sorry but its true. I would like to see you, mister majoreshock, make a fort on epitaph it aint easy. And believe me, if there's anyone i know who will be as creative as possible in a map its thesilencebroken. He isn't just premium because they felt sorry for him, he worked for it. So please think before you post and don't base it solely off of the pictures you see.
I'd like to see you make a better forged map on Epitaph. I looked at it when he sent it to me a few days ago, and I thought it looked great. No over powering weapons, no spots that were a lot easier to hold than others, and even the shotgun, the downfall of Epitaph in my opinion, is only there for asymetric games. Weapons are moved around and there's a few grav lifts used to get up to different levels. Obviously there was a lot of thought that went into this. There's even little "beams" made from barriers that run through the middle of the map that honestly look better than some of the stuff people make in Foundry (You probably couldn't tell though because they're not really shown in the pics, and you obviously didn't download it). Even the pictures look nicer than most Foundry maps.
you know, im sure youve revolutionized this somehow, made changes that would compltelely put Epitaph in a new light, but im afraid the community will just never accept it because its preDLC. im gonna download it, give my thoughts on how i truly believe youve done a great job, and my voice will fall on deaf ears like i expect it to, the community is just to stuborn to see anything other than what the larger portion of the community unfortunately and foolishly thinks is material of plausable intelligence. its qued.
it looks ok but really all you did was take a black canvas and put some baracades and a grav lifts and a few weapons. 2/5 mabey its just a lack of pics but any way this would be a GREAT hide and seek map becuz of the grav lifts and extra barriers. try making a v2 with a hide & seek game type. you would definatley get a tone load of dl
To start things off i dont like epitaph that much, but you did make it a little better by taking away alot of the power weapons bungie added. I wont download but i could see some people liking it if they want it to flow better.
you sir get a cookie with epic win sauce on it and he raises a point no matter that theres a lot of forgers like myself that can appreciate other maps like epitaph, we will always be outnumbered by the fat-kid, vehichles and super fast zombies on sandtrap and no sheild zombie lovers here show some respect for other peoples map and try before you criticize yay a rhyme
