    Ok, so follow forgers.

I have spent several hours lurking more for a explanation of using teleporters only, to interlock. in one of the tutorials that had been released not that long ago, it explained that you can spawn a tele node on top, then it will settle into the object like a door, then you can simply use the door method to interlock (only in very small increments)

ok, so no matter how many times i tried, and after feeling like im missing somthing extremely simple AND usefull, I come to you:

How exactly do you use the door method with teleportes to interlock objects? if possible i would LOVE a vid. One on you tube not needed, but like a theater showing what you do and a B link to DL it.

    Thanks guys.

Are you sure you're talking about interlocking? Or geomerging?

aren't they interchangeably the same in essence? either way i cant get it to work on the foundry floor with double boxes or any other object, geo merging or interlocking.

You can adjust the position of immovable objects with teleporters as you say, almost exclusively when geomerging. It isn't that useful when interlocking. The movement is very slight, so you may not be noticing it. Sometimes, foundry's floor prevents this technique from working - notably in the middle where the floor is made up of fencing with the pipes below.

If you try to merge elsewhere, and repeat the technique many times, you should notice a slight change in position. I'd recommend using this technique when forging on local, as online forging can eliminate the small gains made.

For this technique to work, the object has to be already merged.

I think that was your problem.
