Looks like Pendulum's logo in the background and then some nice graphics on top? I like it! Getting it printed at one of those random shops that prints designs for about £10?
I haven't found a custom T-shirt website that lets you place a logo anywhere other than in a 12"x12" square on the front and back. I'm not sure you'll be able to make the design span the entire shirt.
