Orbital Drop Shock Trooper This is a little something that I worked on in Rome, GA on our mini vacation. This time it is not animated though. As simple as it is I believe that it is very good. But I need somebody else to say that. The last bungie.net weekly update released concept art which I used for the background. I then found a render of the soldier on render planet and added it in there. The background has been blurred so that the soldier will stand out more. The text is that found in the logo. Please tell me what you think. This is my second Sig done in photo-shop.
The BG is bleh, the white crap ruins anything this sig had going for it, the render doesn't match the BG and the Typography is normal. Honestly, this is one of the worst sigs iv'e ever seen.
Ouchh. I didn't think it was that good, but the worst sig you've ever seen, that hurts. good thing I have seen way worst, otherwise I might completely give up. Thanks for your feedback though.:happy: Th White Crap, was supposed to be rain, but i belive that It shouldn't be whie, so yeah i screwed up there.
The rain is good, but the background doesn't fit the render, the colour scheme of the trailer was sorta black and white and blue. You background has gone into the brown territory. Unless you like the sig being very big, you might want to chop off the top and place the text lower down. I like how you laid out your post lol
I like the blurring to make the ODST stand out it looks really cool but the rain doesn't look so good. try the sig again with out the rain.
Not the worst signature i have seen but it is not very good.. The colors of the background don't match with the render at all.. The rain isn't bad just at the top and bottom where its kinda bright looks weird The lighting on the render doesn't match the signature.. it should be kinda bright where the text is because that's where the light is coming from.. Maybe Darken the background to match the render to.. And lastly blend the render in more.. Use some C4D's or smudging or even a combination of both to make it look like the render wasn't just slapped on there.. Hope the CC helps -Blivion
